How To Manage Open Licences and Enterprise Licences for Your Bluebeam Products

Are you looking for an efficient way to manage your Enterprise or Open Licences? The Bluebeam Gateway lets you manage these licences in a single, convenient location.

Getting Started

To get up and running, go to https://portal.bluebeam.com and sign up for an account. In order to successfully complete the registration, you must be the primary or secondary account contact listed on the Enterprise or Open Licence.

Bluebeam Gateway

Once you’ve clicked Register Now, you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address and company information, as well as the relevant serial number and product key.

Note: This information must match what’s listed on the Licencing Certificate or the email you received when the software was first purchased. Please contact us to request another copy if you’re unable to find your licencing information.

To complete the registration process, click Confirm in the verification email that you’ll receive.

Email Verification

This is a very important step. Your account can’t be created without this verification process. Clicking Confirm in the email takes you back to the Bluebeam Gateway, where you can log in and work with your licences.

Note: Please check your spam or junk email folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.

Managing Your Licences

Logging in to the Bluebeam Gateway takes you to the Licences page, which contains a list of all products and serial numbers associated with the information you’d entered while creating your account.

Licensing

This is where you can click a product name or serial number to begin viewing and managing the seat allocation for the licence, or export a licencing report as a CSV file, as explained in the Bluebeam Gateway User Guide.

Adding Administrators

If you’d like to have a colleague help manage your licences, you can add them to the account as either a Global or Site Administrator. Click Users, located in the upper-left corner of the page. This takes you to the Manage Users page, where you can add them to the account as either a Global or Site Administrator.

Additional Functions

The Bluebeam Gateway also includes additional features, which are accessed by clicking on your username (email address) located in the upper-right corner of the page.

When you do this, a dropdown menu appears that offers the following choices:

  • Sign Out—Logs you out of your account.
  • Change Password—Lets you change the password for your Bluebeam Gateway account.
  • Download Software—Takes you to Bluebeam’s Downloads and Updates page, where you can download the latest Bluebeam Software product updates.
  • Contact Bluebeam—Takes you to the Contact Us page, where you can send a message to our Account Services or Technical Support team.
